This project is a combination of two apartments.  The renovation involved removing one kitchen and swapping the locations of a bathroom and a kitchen to create an open flow for the combined space.  The apartment has beautiful views to the West side of Manhattan and the Hudson River, so the main living space was designed to maximize the benefit of the windows.  Custom millwork around the core functional spaces of the two apartments and along the windows, unify the space to create one seamless apartment.
